    This role is a great opportunity for a top-performing Mid & Sr. level Consultants who would like to participate in leading implementation teams and act as a mentor. The Financial Planning & Performance Consultant will work directly with Active Cyber Associates / Consultants and our Clients.

Technical Consultant, OKTA

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Consultant who can rapidly learn the Okta platform and our technology. You will lead multiple concurrent customer deployment projects with our goal to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and success.

Duties and responsibilities:

      • At least 2 to 3+ years of Okta Technical Consultant experience.
      • Gather, analyze, and document post-sales requirements.
      • Communicate to customers and partners at the technical and/or functional level appropriate for the situation.
      • Provide design and deployment solutions resulting in customer satisfaction.
      • Manage project scope, schedule, status, and documentation.
      • Mentor and train customers on the service.
      • Act as a liaison between Customers and Product Management to drive product development.
      • Lead interaction and collaboration with other Okta teams such as Engineering and Support as needed to address escalated issues.
      • Interact with management and other roles within the customer organization and Okta.
      • Collaborate with the sales team opportunities.
      • Perform hands on technical design, configuration, and troubleshooting of the Okta service.
      • Manage multiple deployment projects.
      • Ensure quality and time management processes are followed by team (e.g., change controls, time tracking).

Qualifications:

      • Experience as a technical consultant delivering solutions to customers
      • Experience in designing and implementing security and identity management solutions to support critical systems and business programs.
      • Experience with technologies and protocols to support identity federation and robust access control models (e.g., SAML 2.0, WS-Federation, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
      • Some knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security and cutting-edge infrastructures.
      • Ability to work independently and multi-functionally supporting the development of client work you’re doing.
      • General knowledge of cloud architectures as well as complex enterprise on-premise IT landscapes.
      • Knowledge of typical enterprise identity life cycle management processes and standards.

Okta Practice Leader

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Okta Practice Leader who will lead multiple concurrent customer projects with our goal to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and success.

Required Skills

      • 5 to 10+ years experience leading Okta, Cloud Security or identity and access management projects and managing client relationships
      • Must have experience with Okta (Preferred), Cyber-Security, SailPoint or IAM.
      • Must have strong experience with Presales and business development activities
      • 3+ years leading/mentoring a technical team with responsibility for overall project delivery and quality
      • Expertise in overall enterprise IT security including network security considerations related to identity and access management
      • Experience in architecting, designing, developing, testing, and integration of security constructs for web applications using web application servers
      • Experience setting up Workflows, Roles, Provisioning Policies, Lifecycle Rules, ACIs, Organization Structures, and other product configuration constructs
      • Success troubleshooting complex Access and Identity Management production environments where client and vendor Level 1 resources can’t figure out the problem.
      • Current CISSP certification
      • Bachelor’s degree
      • Hands-on experience with Java, JavaScript, LDAP, MS SQL, DB2, Oracle DB, Directory Integrator and other related tools nice to have but not required

        • 5-10 years of strong IAM implementation experience for large accounts

Required skills:

        • Required for an interview: CyberArk and SailPoint experience.
        • Experience in building Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) Architecture (logical, physical, etc.) and implementation using multi-vendor tools that are deployed globally for large customers.
        • Experience in assessing the existing environment, understanding the gaps, developing IAM & PAM strategies and roadmap for complex environments

This role is a great opportunity for a top-performing client relationship and solution sales executive.

This Account Executive role will focus on generating and cultivating opportunities associated with Financials and Adaptive Insights, working closely with our senior leadership team. 

Account Executive:

      • The ideal candidate will possess strong sales experience in Adaptive Insight, NetSuite or ERP environment.
      • Lead business development efforts for this Adaptive Insights market
      • They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for their role.
      • Understand market segmentation of target clients and potential fit with relevant business processes, technology platforms, market offerings and ecosystems
      • Identify target contacts and relationships within potential clients and conduct initial conversation(s) to explore opportunities
      • Qualify opportunities and engage appropriate PMs/SMs for follow up conversations as needed
